Saudi Group Developments (SGD) is a Saudi-Egyptian partnership that entered the Egyptian market with its first residential project, Valea Sheikh Zayed, in Sheikh Zayed City. The company states over 37 years of combined experience in engineering, construction, and development across Saudi Arabia and Egypt, led by Chairman Yehia Al Ansari and CEO Bishr Abo Hamar. SGD's portfolio includes commercial and administrative projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, such as Deira Walk, Al Fanateer Port, and an executive business center. In Egypt, Valea is a residential compound on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, opposite the Smart Village. As a newer entrant to the Egyptian residential market, buyers are advised to independently verify local delivery track records, land ownership, and construction permits.
