REDCON Properties is the real estate development arm of the Redcon construction group, which has been active in Egypt since 1993. Launched in 2019 with EGP 5 billion in capital, the developer brings a contractor's understanding of cost, material quality, and delivery discipline into its projects. Its most visible project to date is Golden Gate New Cairo, a large commercial and administrative destination on South 90th Street, directly across from the American University in Cairo. The group's track record includes more than 200 completed projects and 45 ongoing ones, spanning national infrastructure, university campuses, towers, and tourist resorts. The chairman was appointed to the Egyptian Green Building Council, reflecting an institutional commitment to sustainable construction.
