Qontrac Developments is the real estate development arm of the Abdellah Sons Group, a family-owned Egyptian conglomerate with roots in contracting and infrastructure dating back to 1967. The company entered the residential development market with Yaru Compound in the New Administrative Capital's R8 district, a project developed in partnership with the Egyptian Electricity Police Officers' Association and designed to a low building coverage ratio that prioritizes green space. Its portfolio has since expanded to include commercial and administrative projects such as Zora Tower Mall and Bema Mall in the MU23 district, each designed in collaboration with the international consultancy OkoPlan.
