About
Paragon Adeer is the Egyptian-Saudi joint venture behind Sumou Boulevard in Mostakbal City, the venture's flagship project. Formed in 2026, the company combines Paragon Developments of Egypt, which reports over twenty years of local experience backed by RCH Holding, with Adeer International, the investment arm of Saudi Arabia's Sumou Holding. Sumou Holding's real estate subsidiary is listed on the Saudi Tadawul exchange. Paragon Adeer's portfolio includes commercial and retail projects in the New Administrative Capital (Paragon 1, 2, and 3), the Capstone residential compound in Sheikh Zayed, and institutional buildings in 6th of October City. Sumou Boulevard, developed in partnership with MIDAR and designed by AECOM, introduces a 2-kilometer central boulevard and Egypt's first AI campus within a real estate project. The venture represents a structured collaboration between Saudi capital and Egyptian execution capability, with its current focus entirely on Mostakbal City.
