Its track record is anchored by the delivery of Golden Heights in New Cairo, a fully finished villa compound handed over in 2022, which stands as a tangible proof point in an industry where on-time completion is not a given. The company's current focus is on its Heights series in New Cairo, particularly Riviera Heights in the Fifth Settlement, where it offers apartments and villas aimed at the upper segment. Beyond New Cairo, Novus Stanza has also developed coastal projects in Ras Sudr, Marsa Alam, and Ras Matarma, and operates a small hospitality arm with hotels in those areas.
