The company's board is chaired by Dr. Girgis El-Lawendy, who also founded El-Karama Hospitals. NCB focuses on mixed-use projects across New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, with a portfolio that includes Valencia Valley compound, Verity Business Complex, and Innoview Business Complex.
