Manaj Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer established in 2011, led by engineers Abdel Moneim Gheita and Mohamed Hussein, who together bring a background in construction since 2013. The company has executed over 80 projects across residential and commercial sectors, focusing its activity in New Cairo. Manaj's first project entirely built as managed hotel apartments is Blanks Compound in the South Investors Area, directly behind the American University in Cairo. The 8-acre compound contains 415 units, with less than 20% built-up area and over 80% dedicated to green spaces and facilities. All units are operated under a 20-year management agreement with Swiss-Belhotel International, delivering daily hospitality services within each residence. Manaj also developed Holm Residence New Cairo, a residential compound on South 90th Street, and Grids New Cairo, a commercial mall in the same district. The company holds a land bank exceeding 60 feddans in New Cairo and New Zayed, with total investments surpassing EGP 13 billion.
