Main Marks Developments is a relatively new real estate developer in Egypt, established in 2023 through an Egyptian-Emirate partnership. The company brings together Egyptian firms Wealth Real Estate, Hometown Developments, and Al-Hayat Construction with UAE-based Rawabi Al-Ain for general contracting. Led by CEO George Ghanem, who has over 27 years of experience in the Middle East and North Africa, the developer focuses on commercial, administrative, and medical mixed-use projects in New Cairo. Their current portfolio includes two projects: Moray Mall on North 90th Street and H:Rs Business Hub on South 90th Street. As a young company without a long track record of delivered projects, its strength lies in the combined experience of its founding partners and the strategic locations chosen for its developments.
