About
Larz Developments is the real estate arm of the Al Gaweesh Group, a family of companies with more than 40 years of experience in construction and contracting. Founded in 2021, the developer brings a background of large-scale government and private projects — including hospitals, hotels, and infrastructure — executed by the group's contracting wing, GMC. Its current portfolio spans residential compounds and commercial hubs in New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital. Buyers should note that the developer is young relative to the parent group, and its own delivery track record is still being established. Projects like Klove in New Cairo and Madai in the Administrative Capital are early indicators of its approach, with designs shaped by external consultants and a stated emphasis on green spaces and modern finishes.
