Guira Developments, founded in 2016 by the Badawy family, is a relatively young Egyptian developer with a focused, boutique approach. The company concentrates on delivering mixed-use and residential projects in strategic locations, notably in Sheikh Zayed and Giza. Its current flagship project is Kaia Compound in Sheikh Zayed, a low-density residential community designed with extensive green spaces and water features. Guira has also developed the Mazeej Giza Residence, a hotel-residential project near the Giza Pyramids, and has a presence in the North Coast. The developer partners with international design and management firms, such as Alchemy Studio and IBUKU, to bring a distinct architectural identity to its projects.
