Golden View Developments entered the Egyptian market in 2021 as a joint-stock company operating under the Egyptian Investment Authority. Instead of a long track record, the developer relies on focused partnerships and a concentrated geographic strategy around East Cairo, primarily New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. The company's portfolio includes residential buildings in Beit Al Watan and North Rehab, and two notable mixed-use projects in South Academy: Golden Hub Mall, a commercial, administrative, and medical center on 10,000 square meters, and TO-GTHER, a larger 10-acre development combining hotel, commercial, and administrative spaces. Key project partners include Hilton Garden Inn for hotel operations, Regus for office management, and engineering consultants Mohamed Hafez and Moharram Bakhoum. The company is also a member of the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo Developers Association.
