FUD Development (Four U Development) is a subsidiary of Al Batal Real Estate Investment Group, a firm with over two decades of activity in Egypt's construction and development sector. Founded in 2023, FUD was established to create an integrated development value chain covering financing, marketing, sales, and customer care. The company's track record is anchored in its parent group's extensive portfolio of more than 150 residential projects and five malls in Obour City, alongside experience in educational projects like Ramses International School in Shorouk City. FUD's debut project, O|Kardia, is a mixed-use development in New Obour City spanning 10 feddans, designed with a low building footprint of roughly 22.5% and a significant allocation to green spaces and services. The company has publicly stated plans to expand into the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, and coastal areas, with an aim to grow its investment portfolio to EGP 6 billion.
