About
First Group has been active in Egypt since 2002, building a portfolio that spans residential compounds and commercial malls, with a clear geographic focus on West Cairo. The company delivered its Kenz compound in October Gardens in 2021, providing a track record of completed handovers that gives buyers something tangible to assess. Their current work includes Silva Sheikh Zayed, a low-density villa project on 21 feddans, and commercial developments like Kazan Plaza on the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. First Group is part of a larger Kuwaiti business network that has executed over 60 projects in the Gulf, including government and educational buildings. For a buyer evaluating a developer, the relevant details are straightforward: a 2002 founding date, a delivered project in Kenz, and a current focus on limited-unit villa compounds and mixed-use malls in the 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed corridors.
