Egy Plan Developments (EPD) is an Egyptian developer founded in 2014 with a focused track record in Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October. The company has delivered over 60 residential buildings and more than 550 units, including a completed commercial plaza (Rovan Plaza). Its current projects—Rovan City, Rovan Views, and Rovan Palace—are concentrated in the Green Revolution area of Sheikh Zayed, near key landmarks like Cairo Gate and the 26th July Corridor. EPD collaborates with architect Dr. Hatem Hassan, whose portfolio includes work for major developers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
