EFID Developments, established in 2022 by Mohamed Abdel Badea, builds on two decades of contracting and engineering experience to deliver villa-only compounds in New Zayed and 6 October. The developer's Park Valley series clusters projects within strategic basins of New Zayed, each keeping a deliberately low unit count—often under 50 villas—and dedicating around 85% of the land to green spaces and landscaping. This model targets buyers who prioritise privacy, low-density living, and finished amenities (clubhouses, swimming pools, commercial strips) within a single compound. With over 20 projects listed under the Park Valley brand, EFID has positioned itself as a frequent builder in the western Cairo expansion corridor, though the company's track record is short and its delivery history is still being established against published timelines.
