About
Casanova Developments is a relatively young Egyptian real estate developer that has built a focused portfolio of boutique residential compounds in West Cairo, primarily in New Zayed and 6th of October. The company prioritizes low-density communities with a strong emphasis on green spaces and landscaped areas, dedicating a significant majority of each project's total area to open space. Its known projects include Villanova Jewel (also marketed as Jewel New Zayed), Tech Hills, and Villanova Ixia. For Jewel New Zayed, Casanova has partnered with the international hospitality operator Kempinski to manage on-site services, aiming to deliver a hotel-style living experience within a residential setting. The developer's approach centers on selecting strategic, up-and-coming locations and offering a limited number of units per project to enhance privacy and exclusivity for residents.
