About
Altameer Arabian Developments (Al Tameer Arabian Developments CO.) is a Saudi-Egyptian partnership established in 1995, founded by engineer Marzouk Mansour. The company has executed over 41 projects in Saudi Arabia, including work for King Abdullah Foundation and hotel chains in Mecca, and has since expanded into Egypt's New Administrative Capital. In the Egyptian market, the developer is focused on its Rivan brand—Rivan Square, Rivan Tower, and Rivan Compound—all located in the New Administrative Capital. Rivan Compound is a residential project spanning approximately 16.5 to 18 acres in District R7, designed with Dar Al Mimar Architects and managed by Facil. The master plan allocates around 80% of the land to landscaped areas, water features, and open greenery, with only 15 low-rise residential buildings. Each building includes a dedicated rooftop clubhouse, and units are delivered fully finished. The developer also has partnerships with Swiss Belresidences for a separate project in the New Capital. Buyers should note that Altameer Arabian is a relatively new entrant to the Egyptian residential market, with its track record primarily established in Saudi Arabian contracting and development.
