What is WiserChat?

Is WiserChat free?
Yes, for buyers. You can start without an account. After a number of messages in a week, a free sign-up lets you keep chatting every day. Connecting with a developer is free too.
What does it cover?
Homes for sale in Egypt: new developments and resale homes listed by their owners. That is more than 700 projects and more than 33,000 homes from more than 260 developers. It does not cover renting.
Which areas?
Everywhere WiserChat has projects with homes for sale, including New Cairo and Fifth Settlement, the New Administrative Capital, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Mostakbal City and the North Coast, including Ras El Hekma.
How current are the prices?
WiserChat updates its data every night, and prices count only homes still for sale. Offers and the availability of a specific home can change during the day, so confirm those with the developer. More in how WiserChat keeps prices current.
Can I trust what Wiser tells me?
Every specific price or plan Wiser gives comes from what it looked up in WiserChat's market data during your conversation, and it uses a calculator for sums. Its rule is never to invent facts. It is a strong starting point, not a contract: confirm the final price, schedule and delivery date with the developer in writing.
Whose side is Wiser on?
The buyer's. It is built to tell you what someone who knows the market and is on your side would tell you, including a downside when it matters to you. Read the buyer finally has a side.
Will Wiser call me?
No. Wiser does not phone you. If you chat on WhatsApp and go quiet, it may send one follow-up there, and the app can remind you to come back.
How do I contact a developer?
When you have settled on a home, tap Connect and confirm. You get the name of a person on the developer's sales team and their WhatsApp number. Nothing reaches the developer before you confirm. For a resale home, you get the owner's number. Details in how to contact a developer through WiserChat.
Which languages does it speak?
Egyptian Arabic, English and Franco-Arabic, and you can use your voice. Wiser answers in the language you write in.
Can it compare developers and projects?

Does every project have a page?
Every project with homes for sale has its own page with prices and payment plans, like Badya, and so does every developer and area, in Arabic and English. Typing on any page starts a chat about it.
Who is behind WiserChat?
Two brothers from Cairo who lived and worked in Dubai, the US and the UK, and came back to build it for Egypt. Our aim: intelligence for a million lives.
