On WiserChat, you contact a developer only when you decide to. You research and compare first, with Wiser, the AI consultant inside WiserChat. When you have settled on a project and need the developer, you tap Connect and confirm. You then get the name of a person on the developer's sales team and their WhatsApp number. Nothing reaches the developer before you confirm.
Why it works this way
The usual way to ask about a project in Egypt is to leave your number on an ad. Then the calls start, often from several people, before you have even decided whether the project suits you. WiserChat turns that around: you get your answers first, and the developer hears from you when you are ready.
When Wiser offers to connect you
Wiser offers when what you need next is the developer: is this home still available, can the price move, can I see it, can someone call me. You can also just ask: "connect me with them". If you say "not now", Wiser accepts that and only offers again once something has changed. You can change your mind later and connect from the same card.
What happens when you tap Connect
- You see who you will be connected with. Where the developer has a named salesperson on WiserChat, the button says "Connect with" and their first name, with their role, for example "Sales at" the developer, for that project.
- You confirm. Connecting needs your phone number, so if you aren't signed in, you add your WhatsApp number right there, or sign in.
- You get their contact. The card changes to "You're connected with" the developer, with the person's name and WhatsApp number, a button to open WhatsApp and a button to copy the number.
If the developer has nobody receiving buyers on WiserChat yet, you are connected with their sales team instead, and the card tells you their team will contact you soon.
If you connect again about the same developer later, WiserChat lets the same person know you are still interested, so you don't start over with someone new.
Resale homes
For a home listed by its owner, Wiser connects you with the owner and you get the owner's number.
What to ask the developer
Once you are connected, these are worth asking, because they change often or depend on the specific home:
- Is this exact home still available, and on which floor or plot?
- Is there a current offer or cash discount?
- What is the full payment schedule, including yearly payments and the maintenance deposit?
- When is delivery for this phase, and is it written in the contract?
- Can I visit a finished phase or a show unit?

Wiser does not phone you
Wiser never calls you. If you chat with Wiser on WhatsApp and go quiet, it may send one follow-up there, and the app can remind you to come back. Calls from a developer only start after you choose to connect.
